Ingredients
2 Lobster Tails
2 (10-12 Oz) Sirloin Steaks
3 Tbsp Butter (Divided)
2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
Salt And Pepper (To Taste)
½ Tsp Paprika (For Lobster, Optional)
Directions

1. Prepare the Lobster:

  1. Preheat oven to broil (or 450°F).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of the lobster shell lengthwise. Gently pull the meat out and rest it on top of the shell.
  3. Mix 1 tbsp melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika. Brush over the lobster meat.
  4. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, until the meat is opaque and slightly browned on top.

2. Cook the Steak:

  1. Pat the steaks dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a cast iron skillet over high heat.
  3. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side (for medium-rare).
  4. Add 2 tbsp butter and baste the steaks by spooning the melted butter over them.
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

3. Serve & Enjoy:

  • Garnish the lobster with fresh parsley.
  • Serve with melted butter on the side and pair with your favorite sides like garlic mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, or a simple salad.
